About this programme

Honours bachelor's degree: a full undergraduate degree. MUAST's 4 to 5 year degrees include a 1-year attachment, from which diploma holders may be exempted. Looks at how food is produced, distributed and eaten, and how it affects nutrition and health.

What you will study

Human nutrition, food systems and security, food science basics, public-health nutrition, community nutrition programmes, food policy, research methods and a project. Includes a 1-year attachment.
