Repair & Spare Parts Technician
Repair distributor inverters and assist with board replacement and inverter troubleshooting.
Manage spare parts records, stock levels, and logistics flow.
Maintain regular communication and reporting with headquarters.
Provide technical support for off-grid, on-grid, and energy-storage solar systems via phone calls, messages, and email.
Follow up on outstanding cases from distributor partners and ensure timely resolution.
Support distributors with board replacement and inverter repair activities.
Conduct regular meetings with distributors, maintain close communication, prepare meeting minutes
