Westpac makes millions of automated credit decisions for our customers each year, whether it’s approving a home loan, authorising credit card transactions, or identifying and supporting customers who are financially struggling. The Credit Decision Analytics (CDA) Team is responsible for automating and optimising these decisions. We prototype, design, build, implement and manage automated decision strategies to deliver Westpac’s growth and digital objectives, manage risk appetite, and enhance the customer experience.
