Graduate Trainee – Risk Analytics

Job Summary To support the independent identification, assessment, analysis, monitoring, and reporting of material risks across the enterprise.

The role contributes timely, decision-useful risk information, assists with implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework, strengthens risk and control oversight, and follows agreed actions through to evidenced closure or escalation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities The successful candidate will undertake the following responsibilities:

Assist with implementation and enhancement of the ERM Framework, risk appetite, policies, and reporting tools. Support facilitation of Risk and Control Self-Assessments and consolidate approved outputs. Maintain risk registers, KRIs, incident/loss records, action trackers, and supporting evidence. Collect, validate, and analyse operational data and risk indicators. Support risk assessments for new products, projects, systems, partnerships and process changes. Prepare dashboards, forecasts, early-warning indicators, and escalate adverse trends or breaches. Support stress testing, scenario analysis, and operational exposure reviews. Assist with business impact analyses, continuity, and disaster-recovery planning. Assist in preparing concise risk reports, research emerging risks, and apply risk tools to improve analytics efficiency.

Applicants must possess:

Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Actuarial Science, Data Analytics, or Auditing. Minimum 1-year industrial attachment experience. Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, or other analytics tools is an advantage.
