About the role
Location: Remote — work from anywhere in South Africa
Hours: 4pm - 12am SAST or 7pm - 3am SAST (U.S. business hours) — your mornings and early afternoons are completely free. No weekends.
The Role
You'll be the dedicated remote front-desk for one U.S. veterinary clinic — their care coordinator, their client's first voice, part of their team every day. This is real veterinary work, done from home.
What You'll Be Doing
- Client Communication: Answer and initiate calls, texts, chats, and emails from pet parents with empathy and clarity.
