Protect company assets through accurate, timely, and compliant financial record-keeping. Key responsibilities:

• Maintenance of the local payables ledger by ensuring that supplier invoices and credit notes are captured timeously and correctly
• Making sure that local suppliers are paid on time or as per the agreed terms while ensuring that the purchase-to-pay cycle (PTP) has been complied with before payment is made
• Preparing local supplier reconciliations monthly as per planned schedule
• Ensuring that the goods receipt-invoice receipt (GRNI) GL accounts do not have long outstanding line items and are cleared timeously. Any open items to be investigated and cleared
